Card Allocation & Sourcing Service
Can’t find the card you’ve been hunting for?
Pixels TCG offers a personalized Card Allocation & Sourcing Service for collectors looking for specific Pokémon cards, graded slabs, vintage cards, rare variants, or hard-to-find collectibles.
Tell us what you’re looking for, and we’ll help track it down through our network of collectors, dealers, shows, marketplaces, and trusted sellers.
How It Works:
1. Submit Your Request
Send us the details of the card you’re looking for.
Please include as much information as possible:
-
Card name
-
Set
-
Card number
-
Language
-
Raw or graded
-
Preferred grade, if applicable
-
Preferred condition
-
First Edition / Unlimited / specific variant
-
Maximum budget
-
Any additional requirements
-
2. We Search for Your Card
Once your request is accepted, Pixels TCG will begin searching available sources to locate suitable copies.
We evaluate factors such as:
-
Condition
-
Seller reputation
-
Authenticity
-
Recent market sales
-
Asking price
-
Availability
-
Overall value
Our goal is not simply to find the card — it’s to find a copy that makes sense for your collection and budget.
3. We Present the Available Option
When we locate a card that matches your request, we’ll provide you with the available details before moving forward.
Depending on the card, this may include:
-
Photos
-
Condition information
-
Certification number for graded cards
-
Purchase price
-
Current market comparison
-
Estimated shipping
-
Pixels TCG sourcing fee
-
Total acquisition price
You decide whether you want to move forward.
There is no obligation to purchase a card simply because we locate one.
4. Secure Your Card
Once you approve the allocation, payment will be collected and Pixels TCG will secure the card on your behalf.
When the card is received, it will be inspected before being shipped or made available for pickup whenever applicable.
Sourcing Fee
A sourcing fee is added to successfully completed allocations.
The fee covers the time, research, negotiation, verification, communication, and acquisition involved in locating the requested collectible.
Standard Sourcing Fee
Cards under $250:
15% of the card acquisition price
$250–$999:
12% of the card acquisition price
$1,000+:
10% of the card acquisition price
A minimum sourcing fee may apply to lower-value or unusually difficult requests.
Any applicable sourcing fee will always be disclosed before you approve the purchase.
No Card Found? No Finder's Fee.
If we are unable to locate a suitable card that meets your agreed requirements, no successful acquisition fee is charged.
Certain highly specialized searches may require a non-refundable research deposit before the search begins. If applicable, this will be disclosed before accepting the request.

Important Information
Submitting a sourcing request does not guarantee that a specific card will be located.
Market prices and availability can change quickly, especially with rare or high-demand collectibles.
Pixels TCG will never purchase a card on your behalf without your approval unless a separate advance-purchase agreement has been made.
Condition assessments for raw cards are opinions based on available information and do not guarantee a future grading result.
Graded cards are evaluated according to the grade assigned by the applicable third-party grading company.
All final pricing, sourcing fees, shipping costs, taxes, and other applicable charges will be disclosed before purchase approval.
